  Customer service was great, but if youre going to buy a camper or RV be prepared to lose a lot of money! 25k on the sticker will turn into 36k when you complete the paperwork.

  Casey Murray was very helpful and informative. A delight to work with. Only problem was having only 1 finance person and so many people buying. We were there a little over 8 hours. Not Casey’s fault. I would recommend him any day to take care of all your needs.

  We recently purchased an RV from Camping World, and our experience was very mixed. Our sales representative, Cindy was absolutely wonderful—kind, helpful, and made the process enjoyable. We truly appreciated her and she’s the reason this review isn’t one star. Unfortunately, our experience with the finance department was the complete opposite. The finance employee - Drew was very pushy and made the process uncomfortable. We clearly declined the extended warranty multiple times, but he continued to pressure us and used fear-based tactics to try to get us to buy it. He repeatedly told us horror stories about how expensive repairs could be if something went wrong inside the RV, even after we politely said no several times. At one point, the warranty was quoted at $12,000 for 3 years, and when we declined, he immediately said “ I can see if I can get it down to $6,000”. That kind of drastic price change felt very misleading and made it hard to trust anything being presented. What was most concerning was a comment he made suggesting I could call him the next day to purchase the warranty without my mom present— my mom was going to be co owner on the RV. He was essentially encouraging going behind her back with her money to purchase the 12k warranty after she said no multiple times. That was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, the finance portion of this experience was scary and very unpleasant. If you are considering buying an RV from Camping World, I would strongly encourage you to be aware of the pressure tactics used in the finance process and be prepared to stand firm in your decisions. We do love our RV. Our sale representative Cindy was amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an RV. If it wouldn’t have been for the finance situation this would have been 5 stars.
