  I had an amazing experience with Enterprise from start to finish. At the beginning, I had some issues with my insurance being a little complicated, but they were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. As someone who’s young and didn’t really know what I was doing, that meant a lot to me. Justin was absolutely the sweetest and most helpful person he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and stress-free. Picking up the car was easy, and I had zero issues dropping it off. When I returned the car, I spoke with the manager, and he was just as kind and amazing as the rest of the team. You can really tell this location has great people who care about their customers. If I ever need to rent a car again, I will 100% be coming back here. Highly recommend!

  Loved that I picked you click we pick and they picked a BEAUTIFUL Mitz Eclipse 2026 SUV and I assumed I was going to get a little car!! So the fact I got to ride in style and felt spoiled made the experience amazing!!!! The staff was super friendly from beginning to end and I couldn't be more happy!!

  AVOID this location. ROBBIE, Manger -- has a very big ego with zero professionalism. My mother picked up a rental from enterprise after days of waiting for a car to come in stock... just for the car to had no tire cap, multiple scratches and poor tire tread. We had to take what we could while waiting for insurance claims to go through. A few days later, we returned this subpar car back to the lot for Robbie to claim that she scratched the car on the back door. Which, she didnt -- but we know how car rental places are. We told them, file your claim, we will file ours. Robbie the manager was not happy we didnt bow to his accusations and kept arguing, even going as far as saying "we dont rent cars with scratches on the side" all the while there isnt even a tire cap on this POS car. Furthermore, even when we asked him to stop talking to us and just file the paperwork -- he continued on his ego trip. Always having something to rude to say. 🙄 Robbie successfully made my elderly mother cry and he continued upon his power trip. It was grossly unprofessional. Whoever is the owner of this place should really reconsider who they are letting manage this facility. Robbie has very poor problem solving and resolution skills with customers. I will be posting videos, photos, and evidence across platforms and contacting enterprise. What a disappointment from this company and "leader"
