- TSTiffany ShurtleffJan 5, 20261.0Would leave a no star review if it were possible, the lady who works at this location is very rude and despite Enterprises motto of “we will pick you up” don’t expect it from this location. They confirmed the car rental with my insurance but never gave me a follow up call. I proceeded to call twice before I was ever able to get an answer then was told that they wouldn’t have anything available till after 3. Why confirm a rental with insurance if you have nothing available?

And no headaches for me, because everything was handled by the insurance directly with Enterprise. I just picked up my car/keys and was back to seeing patients without the least bit of hassle! Thank you, Enterprise!
