  I am writing this Review from a personal standpoint. My company has gotten me three rentals from this location for me alone,and the first one had a dead battery in it. A Jump Pack was accidentally left between the seats, where it had to be jumped, prior to giving it to me and the next morning, WE had to use our company Jump Pack to start the Truck. Also, the Truck was SEVERELY in need of a Wheel Alignment. If you let go of the Steering Wheel, you could end up in ditch. The second time, a different truck, I was two hours away from returning to my warehouse, stopped for fuel and the truck would not start and Roadside couldn't even get it started and it had to be towed, so a Sub Truck was sent from Tulsa to Vanita, OK. The most recent, and my Thrid Rental last week, truck was low on Oil and had absolutely NO Washer Fluid in the Reservoir, and I know this because ALL Drivers MUST Inspect their vehicles BEFORE starting their Routes.

  Horrible customer service and repair. Been there last 6 out of 8 weeks and they keep falsifying records and no repair. Truck is actually worst now then when I started. And got trailer back today after 2 weeks there for a brake adjustment. Lost all air ride and guess what brakes too. And went to rental counter to get a loaner truck. And was not ready walk outside truck is missing huge hunks of tires and trashed on the interior. And instead of trying to remedy the issues. The 2 rental counter curly hair girl and a guy. Was discussing there Christmas shopping ideas one was a PS5 and the other a necklace. What ever happen to service and seeing it through the end. Finally got a tech today to atleast fix the window MICHEAL was freaking awesome for that. Who needs ABS / traction control and all the other stuff.

  Trey at the Lowell Penske location saved my moved! I got a call at 7:30am from “another company” saying my reserved truck was unavailable. Trey helped locate the truck I needed and a car carrier and arranged for immediate pick up. I was able to be ready for my movers!!!
