I bought a phone mount last week for my truck, the lady said if I have any issues with it I could bring it back. She was very kind actually great service. I brought it back today to return it because the clip didn't stay on the vent straight like I hoped it would. They said I can't return this we don't do refunds on those items. The employee was rude and when the manager came over she was nice but I'm shocked the service wasn't professional and I couldn't refund an item in perfect condition I didn't want that was told to me I could refund.

I will never go to these Mavericks again. I went there to spend 20 on gas in 20 inside the store. Walked up to the counter and the lady told me we don’t have change for 100. This has happened to me three times already. And I know they do have change. They just are too lazy to go to their machine to get the money out. The people are rude. And the place isn’t clean and they hire only one person to work the whole store. If you’ve ever been to a quick trip, they are way better. They need to learn from them.
