- DTDon TaylorFeb 7, 20261.0Avoid the service department at Camping World of Lowell. I bought my RV new from them. The slide on my RV developed a leak while still under warranty. The roof leaked so badly that the ceiling paneling had mold growing on it. So I had this facility make the repairs. They just patched the leak and stapled new ceiling panels onto the existing rotten, moldy panels. I noticed mushrooms growing out of the ceiling so I tore into it to find the issue. The entire ceiling and roof structure is rotten and will have to be replaced, including the rubber roof membrane.

All I wanted was to know what it might needed to make a decision to see if i wanted to go further. But Kayla Baxter General Manager has been no help at all and and corporate to check into if this a person they want to represent their company.
