Landon was kind enough to check my battery, offered to replace my battery after my car wouldn’t restart, rang me up, and then had my new battery installed in no time. He also answered all my questions as genuinely as possible. He selflessly went out of his way to help me in every needed way when he could have simply and understandably turned me away. Thank you again, Landon! I will definitely be returning to this AutoZone, and he should be your go-to if you’re in NWA as well!

I have been thinking how customer service seems to have left the current world, but today…I was proven wrong! Landon provided more than the products I was looking for, he actually made my day! As a female going into a parts store having little knowledge of these things, it’s comforting to know that I have Landon and this store to walk confidently into and Know that I will be taken care of!
