- AWAimee WardFeb 19, 20265.0I came into the Lowell store today and I just wanted to shout out Cecelia and Nick. Cecelia went above and beyond for me and always had a smile on her face and was able to help me as best as she could. She asked Nick for a second opinion on something and they were able to try their hardest to help me out. Unfortunately the issue was not one of the services that autozone offers. They were able to guide me in the right direction to get this issue resolved. Thanks again! Y'all are the dream team!!!

Landon was kind enough to check my battery, offered to replace my battery after my car wouldn’t restart, rang me up, and then had my new battery installed in no time. He also answered all my questions as genuinely as possible. He selflessly went out of his way to help me in every needed way when he could have simply and understandably turned me away. Thank you again, Landon! I will definitely be returning to this AutoZone, and he should be your go-to if you’re in NWA as well!
