- MYMarisela YanezMar 8, 20265.0We had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Nicholas. We needed a new battery but the battery was stuck to the terminal and we couldn’t remove it ourselves. Nicholas took the time to carefully work on it and was able to get the battery out and install the new one and a new terminal. It wasn’t an easy job, but he stayed patient, professional, and really helpful the whole time. We truly appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was installed correctly. Excellent customer service—thank you, Nicholas!

Cecelia went above and beyond for me and always had a smile on her face and was able to help me as best as she could. She asked Nick for a second opinion on something and they were able to try their hardest to help me out. Unfortunately the issue was not one of the services that autozone offers. They were able to guide me in the right direction to get this issue resolved. Thanks again! Y'all are the dream team!!!
