  Have been coming to this location since the closing of the Bowman & Shackleford location. The first 4 visits were great. I am here this morning @10am and the face of a familiar worker is here but the machines aren’t hooked up and rolling at all. Very disappointed. This is a 10-15 min drive. Just to find out the last day of operation was yesterday Gonna miss em😭

  At the location on Cantrell was so great! I’ve had a terrible week. He was kind and helpful - gave me an upgraded using my gift card and it was so nice to get a little encouragement!!!

  I went through car wash at 2:45 pm today and the person who attended has such a bad attitude and even after requesting him several times that I have a question he was not willing yo listen and very rudely he said follow the instruction and then I may answer the question. This location has ripped off trim over my front fender and I had very simple question about my course of action as I spent $200 to get it replaced. I don’t have to deal with your employees who are not courteous and don’t know how to talk.
