  Service was super slow. Everyone look as if they had no idea what to do. All new hires I guess. It took almost 30 minutes just to get an oil change.

  This my first time using your service. The guys were short handed so it took a little longer than expected but overall it was a positive experience. They were friendly and very thorough. I was impressed with the speed and accuracy and especially the teamwork and attitudes of your employees. I will be back!

  The kind gentleman Jason helped me decide what was needed for my car. I appreciate him taking the time to make sure my vehicle and myself were taking care of. Highly recommend.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in On the morning of 3/21/26 to get an oil change. I drove around to the back and parked behind a truck that was being serviced. This worker I didn't catch his name but he was a slim white guy with a big beard, he tells me I need to move to the other line because there is a Durango in front of me. Imagine my confusion because there was no one there. He said she was at the front of the store and got there before me so I needed to move because this was a 1st come 1st serve place. I was absolutely irritated because how is someone in front of me if they never pulled around? I moved to the other line, she finally pulls around in her Durango. The car in front of me now gets done before the truck that is in front of her. This man comes back to my vehicle and tells me I need to move again! At this point there are cars behind me so he wants everyone in my line to move so that the woman in the Durango can switch lines and go next. Mind you I have been coming here for years and they have never accommodated me like this, if you pick the slow line you're just in the slow line. I told him I had already moved and was not moving again because that was ridiculous to continue moving my vehicle as if I'm playing musical chairs. I told him I would leave because the service was highly unprofessional and no 1 customer is more important than the other. I will never come back to the 12th street location and don't recommend anyone else to. The Asher Ave location was way better everyone was polite amd professional and they apologized for my poor treatment at the 12th street location.
