Thank you Austin for asking about my experience and taking the time to listen! It took almost 40 minutes for me to get my reservation completed once I arrived due to a shift change. He was attentive, kind, and ensured that I had a good experience despite the set back when picking up.

Always have a great experience with the National Car Rental at the Little Rock Airport. Staff is always super friendly and takes care of all of my needs. Thank you for all you do!

This company seems to be in the business of making customers’ lives miserable. I was told I could not pick up my rental car because I didn’t have a credit card for the deposit, even though I had already paid the full amount using my debit card. When I made the reservation, I was only told that I needed to provide my flight itinerary number, and everything was confirmed before I arrived in Little Rock.
The paperwork the front desk lady gave me also clearly stated that I only needed to provide my flight itinerary, with no mention of a credit card requirement for the deposit. Despite this, both the employee and the manager refused to help me. They didn’t apologize or make any effort to offer a solution.
I even asked if I could use my boyfriend’s credit card along with his ID, but they said he had to be physically present with me in the city. It felt like a complete refusal to assist in any way.
I made my reservation through Alamo, but was directed to National since they are sister companies. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get proper help from either one. Customer service only told me they are connected, but no one took responsibility for resolving the issue.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. It honestly felt like they didn’t have a car available and were just making excuses. The lack of communication, flexibility, and basic customer service especially not even offering an apology made the situation even worse.

had an issue with system being down during pick up. Not staff Fault. Staff was nice, and apologetic. Paper documents were not entered after system down pickup. Upon return, no records were entered after pickup, which caused delays and could have affected my flight outbound. Staff was still with great attitude, car was clean. No fault of theirs. System down annoyances caused delays coming in and going out of location.
