  This dealership sold me a lemon. I purchased a used 2018 Ford Escape which turned out to have an unfixable engine problem. After only 5 months I needed to buy a new car, which is disastrous because it means I threw away $15,0000 on this Ford Escape. It is partly my fault for buying a car without looking into the background. Apparently the 2018 Escapes were plagued by this exact problem. It is also partly the dealerships fault for selling a car known to have such a problem. Not a good look for them. McLarty needs to be more careful. The average American can be financially ruined when they lose this kind of money buying a defective car. The previous owner likely knew about the problem when they traded it in, and McLarty didn't give it a good enough examination before selling it again.

  The staff at the service desk was very welcoming and friendly! I appreciate the quick turnaround of my vehicle. I also appreciate the text/video feature of the details involved in my service and maintenance. Overall highly recommend! 10/10!

  Great service dept! Enjoyed my time in mclarty and appreciate all of the staff for accommodating me when I didn’t have an appt and was in a rush feels good to be treated like my time is valuable.

  I am sharing my recent experiences with several McClarty locations in Little Rock and North Little Rock to provide a factual account of their sales process. McClarty Volvo (Little Rock): Arranged a meeting for a used Hyundai Elantra Hybrid listed on their site. Upon arrival, I was told the car was at a different lot and had already been sold. McClarty Ford (North Little Rock): Verified a Jeep Gladiator was available over the phone; however, once I arrived, I was informed the vehicle was in the shop for electrical repairs and unavailable. McClarty Toyota (North Little Rock): Verified a Ford Maverick Hybrid was available. I was able to test drive it, but was then told it could not be sold until a driver-side door issue was repaired. McClarty Ford (North Little Rock): Verified a Ford Fusion Hybrid was available and completed a test drive. During negotiations, a $3,000 fee for "Ford Blue Advantage" certification was added to the price (later offered at 50% off). While there, the salesperson stated they called another McClarty lot and confirmed a different vehicle was unavailable. After leaving, I called that lot directly; they confirmed the car was actually available and physically verified its presence. Based on these repeated inconsistencies regarding vehicle availability and pricing, I encourage readers to carefully determine if this is a dealership group they wish to engage with.
