  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. unprofessional people here. Called ahead of time to see if they could take a bearing off for me. They said that they would. They weren’t that busy. It doesn’t take but 5secs to take the bearing off but had us waiting 4 hrs. One worker said that it’ll be 30 mins until someone can work on it… that turned into almost 4hrs of us waiting for them. They haven’t even started on it when we got tiring of waiting. The guys were super rude all because I was asking questions. My husband walked in to grab our stuff but all the workers just kept walking right past, ignoring him.. Very disappointed in this place!!!

  I have no idea how this place has 4.8 stars. I've had nothing but problems. Everything from my first visit in January of 2025 when they failed to properly secure the oil filter resulting in oil leaking on my garage floor for 2 days, to them breaking something on my wife's vehicle causing her to have to wait an additional hour for them to get a part from another location to fix it, to breaking something on my car (Landers wanted $600 to fix it), to taking my son's truck in for an oil change and oil pan gasket replacement which is where things got really frustrating. They told me the oil pan gasket would be $350 to fix so I scheduled it during a short window while my son was home from college for Spring break. After dropping it off and them having it for nearly 6 hours, they called to tell me that they were trying to work on it but it appeared that they would have to break the oil pan to replace the gasket resulting in an additional $650 worth of work. I told them to not bother, that I would just pick it up and take it to an actual mechanic shop who had the right tools to fix what needed to be done. They said 'no problem, it will be ready shortly'. This made me think they hadn't done any real work on it so I left to go pick up the truck. When I arrived, there was no one in the office. I waited about 10 minutes...no one! So I walked out to the truck to see if the keys were in it. After not seeing the keys, I went back into the office and...waited and waited. No one again. So I finally decided to see if the keys were on the desk, which they were. I grabbed the keys and left. The following day, I received a call from the district manager asking me to pay $220 for the work they had done (keep in mind, the truck had not had anything done to it. It was exactly the same as when I dropped it off). After some back and forth with the DM, we landed on a price because I understand business and the fact that he had some employees who had spent time working on it and apparently had to put it back together. However, no one had told me that they had made any progress on it. I was simply told that they were going to have to break it resulting in $650 of additional expense. So, here I am...four bad experience later, out money for something they never actually fixed. Jiffy Lube has two jobs; take care of customers and change my oil. Unfortunately, they aren't good at either one.

  I am very appreciative and grateful for the service that they showed. I went to Walmart across the street and waited for three hours. They sent me a message stating they were starting on my oil change at 6:25pm. At 7pm they brought my keys and told me that I would have to wait until the next day because they were ending for the night. I was very upset. I left and as I was leaving I saw Jiffy Lube across the street. I wasn’t even paying attention to the time at the moment. I pulled up and the personnel showed me mercy after I shared my story. I will never go to Walmart on Cantrell again. Jiffy Lube on Cantrell is my store! Kimberley Wesley❤️
