  The carwash is great. Probably the best in town for cleaning.. but keep an eye on your bank account. I wasn't told I was signing up for a membership and didn't find out until 3 months later! They were nice enough to offer to refund all three months.. but now my card has been charged for $40 again just weeks after!! After I definitely told them I was not interested in a membership and haven't been back since. Highly recommend not giving this company your credit card info. By the time you call 30 times just to get ahold of someone, the time you've wasted would pay for a professional detail.

  I thought it was pretty cool and personal , a young lady named Cheyenne came around and asked if I needed anything as well as other customers, offered air fresheners as well…1st time that’s happened. Much appreciated

  Love this car wash! So convenient and efficient every wash! Also love that only people who pay for a wash first or are members can use the vacuums! It makes for a faster service and gets me in and out in no time! Absolutely love it

  I’ve been a member here for a couple of months and initially had no issues, but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. While entering the wash, the gate arm that lets cars through fell and caused damage to my vehicle. I’ve been trying to get this resolved for over two weeks with no success. I’ve stopped by multiple times and was told management was on spring break, yet no one has followed up with me. I also received an automated text message, but when I call the number or leave a voicemail, I still get no response. My calls have not been returned, and staff have refused to provide an incident report or video footage of what happened. I keep getting empty promises from staff, with no real attempt to rectify the situation or even check on whether I feel safe or comfortable returning to use the car wash. To make matters worse, I am still being charged for my monthly membership despite this unresolved issue. This lack of communication and accountability is very disappointing, especially as a paying member. I hope management takes this seriously and handles situations like this in a more professional and transparent way.
