  Great customer service. Rental thru insurance with zero issues. I did find it unusual you return it half full. Of course I couldn't predict the exact day so it was completely full $

  Had a reservation and when I get there they state they don’t have a car in my class and tried to charge me double. Told me I just booked the reservation 2 hours ago and I showed them that was not accurate. I booked the reservation a day ago, and that really shouldn’t matter anyways. Just avoid this location they are not friendly at all.

  This is the best enterprise lot by far. They are so kind and have amazing customer service. My husband had gotten in an accident and we showed up right before closing. They treated us so well and did it all with a smile. I recommend renting from this location.

  I had a great experience with this location. Both picking up the vehicle and returning it was a breeze. The vehicle was clean and in good condition which was a huge peace of mind for me because we drove over 700 miles to and from Colorado. The staff was friendly and respectful of my time. They offered the usual upsell but weren't pushy about it. I wish I could remember both of their names so I could thank them individually. I appreciate the kindness, the service, the quality of the vehicle, and the experience as a whole.

  I made reservations for a rental 3/9. I went to pick up vehicle today and was told airport picked up all vehicles and they would call me by 4 if they got a vehicle for me. By 3 i never received a call. I called and texted Connor McCune (area rental manager) he called me back stating he didn't have a van which is what i reserved. He then said he would upgrade me for free to an suv if i used my credit card. I told him i could do that but i am at work i would need time to get to him. I texted back he read my messages but never responded. I am now having to figured out other arrangements for a trip that i can't cancel but have no rental for! Unacceptable!
