I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Enterprise location in Markham, LR, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. My wife and I were met by Gavin and Ben, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. From the moment we arrived, their friendly and attentive service made us feel valued and well taken care of.
What stood out most was their genuine willingness to help and their knowledge, which turned what can sometimes be a stressful rental process into a straightforward and pleasant one. Their support felt personal and thoughtful—exactly the kind of service you want when on the go.
Thanks to Gavin and Ben, Enterprise remains my go-to choice for car rentals. Their exceptional customer care is the reason I keep coming back, even with so many other options out there. If you’re looking for service that feels reliable and welcoming, I highly recommend stopping by this location—you won’t be disappointed!
Bad first experience. Rude and unprofessional. Made a reservation and get there to pick it up. No car. So what was the purpose of the reservation.
I had a great experience getting a rental car from here. Ben (the manager) and Gavin were very friendly and gave great customer service. It was easy to make a reservation and my rentals were clean with no issues. This was my first time renting a car and I absolutely plan to come back to this location for any future needs.
I rented from this location through my car insurance while my car was in the shop last week, and I have to say, between the handful of phone calls and when I picked up and dropped off the car, I was SO impressed with the customer service I got from the 2 guys working there (I wish I remembered their names). They were incredibly busy (it was spring break and was only the 2 of them every time I called and went in person), but they were calm and had great attitudes towards every person there, including towards each other. I work in customer service as an office manager and it was such a breath of fresh air to see, because GOOD customer service is so rare these days! The only car they had available when I came to pick up was a smaller sedan, and they said they'd call if they had a drop-off of something bigger, (I didn't ask and honestly didn't exect them to), but they sure did call later that same day and got me in a much more comfortable SUV. They deserve a raise... I have zero complaints and will absolutely use this location every time I need a rental!

If I could leave negative stars I would! Every single person employed at the location is a liar. Single working mom of 3. They gave me the wrong car (and still charged me for the bigger one) a smaller one after all these promises of getting me into the one my insurance provides, whatever I dealt with it. They called me a week after I got it asking if I had their car because it showed I returned the car 2 days later. They repeatedly charged my card after only the stupid $50 refundable “deposit” absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. The regional manger promised he’d even send a $100 check for my troubles and never did. How this location is still even running I have no clue.
