- KSKyla StrainNov 8, 20251.0I could not believe my experiences at this sad excuse for a car wash. First of all, the customer service is awful. Some of the employees are great thankfully. The manager Micheal always smells really bad, that is, if he’s even there. Why is that allowed? I don’t want to smell his hot, nasty breath as he’s talking to me. I don’t see him often but when I do, it’s an automatic bad experience. I go here often and hear from employees in passing that Michael isn’t there especially when the workers need him. Something about how he is on the clock but not working. It should not be that bad that customers can hear employees need help but can’t find their manager because the manager clocks in, leaves to go back home and chill while there is only like 1-2 people working at a time. This place gets super busy. 1-2 people is not enough. The employees are great, but every time I go I find a new tiny scratch on my car from the brushes. My car never feels clean and the vacuums, while free to use, are bad quality. I’m so glad I stopped going about a month ago. Will never set foot there again. They had an employee there who I’d see working at night, he’d make a great manager but I don’t think he’s there anymore. Honestly good for him, this place sucks with their management choices. He was such a great worker too that I’ll never forget his great customer service. Way better worker than a lot of people these days.
