I almost thought I was watching a commercial. I was immediately approached by Assistant Manager Andrew, who promptly asked what service I would be needing and to explain the process in detail on what I should expect. The process seemed seamless and re-assuring to that everything would possibly run smoothly. Andrew then instructed me to pull forward as Technician Marcus took the hand off to get the process. I am a strong advocate for great customer service, and this text message is the reason why I am writing. These gentlemen are doing an outstanding job at the Geyer Springs location. I was amazed so much that I mentioned to Marcus and Andrew that the atmosphere resembled a well-oiled machined. They were in constant communication with each other as they worked on each vehicle one by one. I would hope they can be rewarded in some way as a result of their commitment and dedication to providing a warm inviting atmosphere as well as a first-class professional service.
