    Kevin was my salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very personable, friendly, and helped me with any questions regarding buying a car. My previous truck had just blew it's engine so I needed a car quick even though my financial status was not the best at the moment of purchase. Kevin really understood my situation and really helped me find, and secure, the best deal on a car that suited my needs! So happy I came here first looking for a new car and I am so happy with the experience and how welcoming and friendly everyone was at helping me come home with a new set of wheels. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

    STAY AWAY from them at all cost. Very unprofessional. Had an appointment to test /buy a car. Whenever we arrived they tell us someone is out test driving the car they had pulled up for US to drive and hit us with “first come first serve” after we have been actively talking to them letting them know we were literally driving 2 hrs away just to come get the car DAYS in advanced with a appointment time ON SATURDAY (only day we had free to come grab it) we had a CHECK ready & all. They told us we must’ve scheduled you guys appointment at the same time 😑, yeah what a big coincidence. Sent a random guy out to apologize but Mr James (the seller) never showed his face because he knew it was wrong. Instead of helping they tried to offer us something more expensive 🤠after they made the mistake. I hope you guys get it together cause that was AWFUL. Wish I could you guys ZERO STARS And another CON is they had us waiting on the phone for hours days in advance just to talk to them about that particular car JUST HORRIBLE experience all around.

    An experience so bad I'm posting about it twice. Are you a current Subaru owner who has gotten an offer through the SUBARU app for your GUARANTEED TRADE IN VALUE? Well, don't trust it. Subaru of Little Rock refuses to honor those values and will try to lowball you out of town. I bought my 22 Forester new from SOLR but had recently been getting constant emails about trading up. They offer a "guaranteed trade in value." You enter your license plate, your current mileage and they spit out a trade in value. In my case, that number was $24,725. The sales manager offered $21,333 instead, because she said the "mileage hadn't updated." So they asked me to pull my phone out and reenter the info in front of them so they could verify it. And I did just that. Reentered the info in front of them, they verified it was all correct, and what do you know? Spit out $24,725 two more times in a row. Yet they still maintained that the mileage was not "updated" and refused to honor the offer. These people can not be trusted. They are bad faith actors through and through.

    This dealership WILL NOT honor the Subaru trade in advantage price. I consistently get offers/emails from Subaru to trade in the 22 Forester I bought here. I entered my license plate and mileage. The VIN is already there, b/c this is Subaru offer. I got a “GUARANTEED TRADE IN VALUE of $24,725. I found the car I wanted and agreed to pay full price for it. The only thing left was trade in value. The sales manager said they would only do 21,333 because “my mileage hadn’t updated.” So I opened the app in front of them and re entered the info TWICE. Both times it gave me the same number. Subaru Little Rock still refused to honor the trade in value. These people are horrible to deal with. If dishonesty was a brand, they’d hold the trademark.
