I LOVE Subaru of Little Rock! Doc was my "salesman" and I put that I quotes because he is not your typical sales person. He listened to my wants and needs in a car and my BUDGET and showed me my options. I have already had an oil change and the service was GREAT. I absolutely LOVE that they called to make sure that I was happy with my car and if I had any questions (I did 😉) My husband and I were so happy that we are going to be helping our daughter get one from there. I am a customer for LIFE.

As a Realtor, I can’t be without my car for very long. When Daniel is my technician, he understands my needs, tries his best to accommodate and is always friendly. I wouldn’t work with anyone else.

I have liked everything about this dealership so far, except the fact that they run very far behind on their garage schedule. Be prepared to wait for at least one or two hours before they even begin to work on your vehicle, in spite of having an appointment time scheduled. This is a frustration to me, because it's the same as the doctors office or anywhere else where you schedule an appointment, but that appointment time doesn't actually mean anything. If an appointment is scheduled, that appointment should be honored, and they should not take more vehicles than what they can work on within the time allotted, and should schedule their appointments accordingly. Other than that, everything else has been great, and I would've given five stars except that twice I have scheduled to come in, and have been told it will be a minimum of one to two hours before they even take the vehicle back to begin work on it.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Subaru of Little Rock, and while the overall experience ended on a positive note, it started off poorly. My salesperson, Casey, was unfortunately not very helpful. He came across as disinterested, cocky, and unprepared. He showed very little product knowledge and didn’t provide a proper walk-around or explanation of the car’s features, he simply unlocked the car and stood there. When I asked questions, he either didn’t know the answers or struggled to explain them clearly. I also didn’t feel that he took me seriously as a buyer, which was disappointing. He didn’t do the full delivery(just put the plate on, that’s it…) or complete a service walk either. Overall, I found him unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service skills. That said, the sales managers were fantastic. They were professional, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know. Their great attitude and willingness to help were honestly the main reasons I decided to move forward with the purchase. If I return in the future, I’ll definitely be requesting to work with a different salesperson, someone who shows more effort and genuine interest in building a relationship with their customer.

Great salesmen experience, but the after purchase communication needs improvement. I hope this dealership will keep an open mind to hear me out. I think this could help them be the best dealership around. My experience in short summary: 1. Found the car on CarGurus; talked to the salesman (Mark Hawking, great communication. Fast and answered all questions). 2. Flew in and Mark even picked us up at the airport. 3. Was in and out the dealership in a couple of hours from checking out the car, test driving, buying extra accessories, and out the door with keys. 4. This is where improvements are needed. We have only 30 days to register a new vehicle in Texas versus 60 days in Arkansas. I asked the Finance department for a quick turn on the title and they said, we gotcha... 20 days went by and we didn't get any status or tracking. I called the receptionist and left messages on different days and no one would call back. I finally called and said, I don't wait to leave messages and will continue to call back until someone in the Finance Department answers me. Good thing, that must have triggered someone to get the Finance Department to call me. All along I found out that our car title was sent weeks before and that it was stuck somewhere with FedEx. Not this dealerships fault. Here's my constructive feedback I hope this dealership takes, trains on and puts to practice to help other customers in the future... One simple word: Communication. 1. If they would have sent me an email or text. "Hey we sent off your car title, here's tracking # ...." that would have avoided me wasting time and the frustration of why no one is calling me back. 2. Make a system to make sure all calls or questions are returned. I can see in the other negative comments that people getting their cars serviced also had the frustration of the lack of status or communication. Again fix the communication and this place is solid. Again, great experience in sales, but communication fixes are needed. Thank you
