No phone numbers for a live representative was provided until after I submitted my survey with low low ratings. They wanted to inconvenience me by scheduling a warranty appointment for a faulty installation. My vehicle has been parked for 3 days awaiting a visit from a SAFELITE technician. Totally unacceptable. I demanded my money back and said they can come and retrieve their windshield. A guy from corporate kept repeating that’s not how it’s done and the only way to resolve this is to schedule an appointment. I told him that here in the U S when we pay for a service and the service is not rendered properly we are entitled to a refund. I asked him to hold on while I call the Attorney General’s Office or transfer me to his boss. He placed me on hold and returned to the phone line saying that someone from the store location that did my install would be calling. He gave the name I just chose to leave the name out of this post.
