The technician they sent to my home, totally profiled me. Just because I drive a brand new vehicle doesn’t give you the right to treat me like a criminal. The technician was more interested in what type of work I do and have questions about my home and other personal questions that had nothing to do with the repair. I had a very small chip smaller than dime size. The technician over drilled the small chip, and I feel completely sabotage my windshield. After dealing with this company, I am now forced for a complete windshield replacement his repair costs way more damage than the initial minor damage they come to repair. Customers beware this company Well force you to sign a waiver then cause way more damage expecting you to come back and see them. I am completely unsatisfied with the technician services.

I had a recent glass crack repaired by Safelite. I've used them before in the past and their service has not changed. It is as superb as it was 10 years ago! I like that because so many things have changed over the years, but Safelite has remained the same.! Thank you Safelite!

I wish I had all day to write about my experience with Safelite Little Rock, but I'll keep it short. If you have any foreign vehicle or a vehicle with any sort of advanced calibrations and your insurance tells you that Safelite Little Rock is your only option, God help you. You'd be better off to sell the vehicle.

Safelite is so bad at chip repair due to sloppy work that it cracked shortly after they touched it-damage that was absolutely not there before. Instead of owning it, they tried to gaslight me and flat-out denied their own nationwide warranty, as if customers won't check what Safelite publicly advertises. That alone tells me everything I need to know about how this company operates.
Because of their negligence, l'm now facing over $1,000 in replacement costs and have had to waste my time preparing legal action just to recover the $154 they took for doing the job wrong. If this isn't resolved, I will have no problem dragging this through small claims court, filing complaints with state attorneys general, and documenting every step of this mess publicly. I'm done being polite about a company that clearly has no issue taking money and dodging responsibility.
Safelite's business model seems to be: rush the work, deny the warranty, and hope the customer gives up. I won't. They lie about refunding me but not actually doing it then keep bouncing me around to people who never call back. Pathetic. Three months this has been going on.
