However I feel that the crack spread more after the repair than it was before, I didn’t expect it to be 100% invisible but for $64 I definitely don’t feel that it was worth the money for the outcome that was received.

I paid nothing out of pocket and my appointment was for the very next afternoon. The technician arrived on time, early even and contacted me beforehand to let me know when he would be arriving. I met him outside in my driveway when he arrived to show him the crack, sign the paperwork and unlock my car for him. I was able to go back inside while he worked, which I appreciated since it’s so cold right now! It took him about 20 minutes, after which he called me again to let me know the job was complete and that he even locked my car back up for me. The entire process was very easy and hassle free and the technician was a joy to work with. Love that it was covered by auto insurance and I was able to save money! Would definitely recommend Safelite to family and friends in the future and will be using them again.
