After dealing with about a month of Progressive dragging their feet, we were left with little time to get the van repaired and returned before we left for our family vacation to the beach. When I told the team about my predicament, I could tell they kicked into high gear and did everything that they could to ensure that we had our van before it was time to leave on vacation. They kept me informed about what was happening and ensured that everything was fixed on time. Customer service like this is extremely hard to find these days, but this team knocked it out of the park. From the team in the office to the mechanics in the shop, this team deserves a lot of praise.
