The lady at the desk just kept typing on the computer didn’t say what was happening or how long it would take. I had to asked after 45 minutes what was happening. All in all I waited for 2hrs for an oil change. Never coming back here again.

One of Goodyear workers gave my car keys to unidentified male who took my car on a high-speed chase with police officers. and totaled my car. I am still suffering because Goodyear do not want to pay me for their negligence and losing my car now I am left without transportation.
