  I came through Glide Xpress Car Wash for the first time on Friday and had the pleasure of being helped by Denay. Her customer service was fantastic, and she was super helpful, friendly, and very attentive while helping me get set up with a membership. She explained everything clearly and helped me choose the best option and I was extremely happy with the Diamond Ray membership I purchased! For the diamond wash itself, it honestly did a pretty impressive job, especially for it being an automatic car wash. My car came out looking super clean, shiny, and way better than I expected. My tires had a little tire shine excess left on them but overall the whole system moved quickly and still felt thorough, which I really liked. For my first time coming through, this was an amazing experience overall. Between the smooth process, great results, and positive atmosphere, I’m definitely satisfied with getting my membership and I will be back soon! Thank you!

  Clean fast and friendly staff members. The vacuums always work and they have towels if you need them. Yhe dryers are the best around and they also have always been working filly when i visit.The prices are great as well so there is a ton of value. Used to have a monthly membership I I moved and it isnjust to far now to maintain that but I certainly recommend it. Body care for your car is just as important as mechanical care!

  I've never had to leave a review before but this was so bad I felt I had no choice but to. I tried to bringing a situation to the manager's attention red head guy about my car being roughed up and not fully clean in the car wash. He was nothing but rude and condescending the entire time! No reason to talk to a customer that way especially when I was respectful towards him. Im moving my membership!

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I went here on Jan. 19 for a basic carwash and the attendant told me they were running a special that if you purchase a $10 car wash, you are able to return for additional car washes free for the next 30 days. Perfect. I returned several times over the next 30 days and had no issue. Today I assumed the 30 day period was up and that would be the end of thinking about Glide Car Wash. Nope. Got a charge 11 hours ago for $38 that was unauthorized by me. I go to look at their site and that is the cost of the premium membership, which is insane and I would never pay or agree to pay for. I tried calling to dispute the charge and was met with a horrendous AI "assistant" who in the most obnoxious tone told me I cannot speak to anyone but that it "would escalate this issue on my behalf." It offered to send me a link to schedule an appointment (why would I need to schedule an appointment if it's being escalated on my behalf? shouldn't someone reach out to me?) and what do you know, the link sends me to an appointment page with no available appointments. I went as far as December 2029 and not a single 10 minute appointment slot was available for booking. What a giant scam. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and will not return to this location again. Such a shame because our experiences there over the last 30 days have been great. Customer service from the staff on location were always wonderful. Too bad whoever is running the ship has this set up in such a way that it is impossible to even speak to a human being where you can get this easy problem to fix actually solved.

  My husband and I used to have a household membership with Glide Xpress, but not once in all the time we used it did we ever get the level of service for which we paid. Every visit saw part or even much of their automatic equipment out of service, so our cars never got as clean as they should have. We always left with dirt and other muck still stuck on some parts of our vehicles due to nonfunctional brushes, sprayers, tire scrubbers, etc. Yet, their prices kept going up and up. So, we finally cancelled our membership and haven't been back since.
