I had reserved premium SUV as we are 7 ppl plus luggage. I got there and was offered 2 options. Each would hold 7 ppl (barely as small 3rd row) but no trunk space. I was so distraught thinking now I was going to have to rent 2 vehicles for my family. Johnathon noticed me in the lot and asked if everything was Ok. I told him the issue. He said we just had someone turn in large SUV. I’ll get it turned around asap and you can be on your way. He did exactly that. Took about 15 min. He could have ignored the upset woman in the lot but he chose not to. That is what good customer service is all about. Thank you Jonathon !

The shuttle service in Denver is very efficient. The Little Rock facility is just steps away from the baggage claim area. Both locations have been staffed with great service representatives making our pick-ups and returns a great experience.
