    After several delayed flights, Enterprise left me and my one year old out in the freezing cold at 11pm despite me letting them know on several occasions how late flights were. Despite booking there were no cars available when we arrived. Then a over month later a random charge appears on my account and LaKeith cant tell me the details to make an official complaint. So not only shoddy service but no recourse either. Don't bother with enterprise, just get an uber.

    The customer service agents at the airport are friendly. However, everything else is HORRIBLE. I rented a car for a month. After getting a flat tire, the process was pretty time consuming, but it got resolved. After that they recommended that I exchange the car. When I returned the car to the airport for the exchange the garage attendant closed out the rental instead of exchanging it as I told them. It started a spiral of unbelievable mistakes that Enterprise continued to make. Not only did I have to return again to show them they had given me a different car…which they hadn’t even updated in the system. Then after I returned the rental at the end of the agreed upon month, they charged me the normal fee. However, it gets even worse from here. After the invoice and agreement were closed out, they continued to bill me 10 days later for a total of $3,209.89. How scary that they just kept using my credit card. I contacted them by phone 4 different times. They assured me that an escalation team would reach out to me. Nothing happened. It’s unbelievable. I am now having to work with my bank to dispute these ridiculous charges. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE!!!

    I can’t remember who I rented the car from when I got there but she was extremely nice. However, when I dropped it off yesterday I had the dopest encounter with Caleb. He was just so present and welcoming when I arrived. Made me feel like my car experience mattered to him. Never felt that from anyone at a car rental facility. S/O to Caleb!

    I've always used enterprise never been disappointed, good clean cars never know problems, never know, issues and good staff. The return is fast and easy and picking up the car with no problem.

    The absolute worst rental counter experience. Traveled through Little Rock last week Thursday night. Reserved a car through Enterprise for a one way rental dropping of in a different town in Arkansas (Batesville) As i approached the rental counter with my confirmation number, the people behind the counter Young mand and lady with purple hair took my CC and Drivers Licence and startied lookin up by reservation. As they noticed it was a one way (Confirmed via the enterprise website with a Conf #) they discussed among themselves and then toldf me we have no cars for you "You should have made your reservation earlier". I tld them i made it 24 hours ago, they looked at me and without caring one bit told me sorry "Guess you have to check with one of our competitors". I explained where i was going there is only Enterprise...Could not care less....Stopped looking at me and started looking at their phones and carrying on a conversation among themselves....This is my second experience with Enterprise at the Little Rock airport. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Bottom of the barrel in terms of hiring people that care about customers...DO NOT rent at this location!!
