Vehicle rental at Little Rock airport location. I reserved a minivan through Enterprise for pick up on the evening of 26 February 2026, and checked in online the morning of the rental. Upon arrival to the airport I found a sign at the Enterprise enterprise deck directing me to National. There was one person managing the National desk helping a customer with one person in line between us. I soon learned the customer signing his rental contract waited 45 minutes for a vehicle and there were no other vehicles available. The lady behind the counter explained they were preparing vehicles as quickly as possible as they were returned. The customers in front of me and those that got into line after me all had reservations - but there were no vehicles. After about 20 minutes a few vehicles became available, but not what any of us had reserved. I reserved a minivan purposely for this trip because my plan was to take some senior citizens out to lunch the following day and no other type of vehicle would work physically of logistically. I ended up with a small sedan which enabled me to travel to my destination, but I couldn’t accomplish my mission. I have traveled to many countries and most U.S. states renting from many different companies and never had a situation like this. I will not rent from Enterprise/National/Alamo at Little Rock again and will warn others to help them make well informed decisions, including my fellow government travelers. If the other companies there begin having the same issues, I’ll avoid Little Rock all together. I'm very disappointed with Enterprise. The employee handling the rentals that night was polite and professional, which had to be difficult considering the position she was in with angry travelers complaining about the situation.
Next, the day after returning the small sedan after the 33 hour rental I received an amended receipt nearly tripling the cost and charging me for 5 days. I called customer service and they were able to correct the discrepancy within a few hours. Good team, but something is severely wrong with the Enterprise IT system.

This is hands-down the worst experience I've had with Enterprise in decades. To book a reservation a week in advance, check-in, only to arrive and there's NO VEHICLES AVAILABLE! You would think when you make a reservation that they will actually RESERVE the vehicle for you. But that's not how they operate at this location. I'm literally looking at vehicles in the garage and customers walk up and their reservations are honored. The smug young lady with the gauges tells me it's because they had a reservation... Ummm.... So did I... Next, she tells me that there aren't vehicles to my type of reservation, so I point out there are several that I passed by as I arrived. She then states that they are personal vehicles that civilians may have left at the car rental airport, in the rental spaces. So ummm... the civilians left a couple of Wagoneers and Expedition Max's in the places where your Wagoneers and Expedition Max's are usually parked? Got it. And they didn't even attempt to offer me an alternative option (pick-up trucks, mid-size SUV's, minivans, etc.) Btw... They were supposed to have my vehicle the day before and this is my second time coming, only to watch everyone else with a reservation get what they came for. I'm losing money from the inconvenience. The other car rental places said they couldn't rent to me because I'm trying to book at the last minute. The other Enterprise locations redirected me back to the airport as they attempted to help with the problem. As a longtime member (platinum) I must say, customer service at this location is at an all-time low. This is what you get for decades of loyalty to Enterprise.

To the customers that complain about the service at the Little Rock Bill and Hilary Clinton Airport. 1) the service is based on what the fleet manager and upper level management do to make sure vehicles are at this location. Regrettable they don't do the needed planning or scheduling for vehicles to be onsite.
2) as a customer (if your a member or not) why take out your frustrations about a companies inability to give its employees the capability to fully provide its service. There is Nothing those customer service employees can do to produce a vehicle. That a fleet manager or operations manager has control over, not those onsite employees.
As customers you should be ashamed of yourselves to verbally berate and individual who is powerless to provide a service. Due to the management or ownership that doesn't put them in position too.
I wonder how many of you that complain, curse, take pictures, and videos of these employees. Have in your lifetime gave one hundred percent to a job providing the excellent customer service when you're management and ownership do give you the tools too.
