Had a wreck on the highway my truck is not drive able so I make a reservation for a full size pickup truck online.(I’m traveling to pickup an item in TX) I make sure to check the box that says show only locations with my vehicle available (clearly from my experience and reading other reviews this means nothing) I show up a couple hours later only for them to say that vehicle was reserved by someone else a week ago so we can't give it to you on a same day reservation.... Ok whatever I say "what about the other locations around Little Rock " she looks at me and says I don't know probably the same thing for same day pickup. O well excuse me for not scheduling my car wreck. I would not want to inconvenience you by having you to put in any effort in on the computer and phone in front of you to at least try to tell me what location could help me since you can't or are unwilling. What happened to enterprise... judging by the other reviews I'm seeing this is apparently acceptable to there management team. Called the 800 number they said a manager would call me with the correct location to go to(90 minutes later nothing) went down the street to another rental company (3 minutes away) they did not have the truck but brought it over 30 minutes later and was $100 cheaper than enterprise anyway.
