This was my first time renting a vehicle, and after looking at the reviews at this particular location I had my doubts, and honestly I didn’t have high hopes at all, but I stepped out on faith and gave it a shot. The service was fast. My rental pick up time was at 1pm and I was done signing paper work, doing the walk around of the vehicle, and pulling away from the enterprise location by 1:25 pm. The return process was smooth as well. I handed the guy the key, we did a look around of the vehicle and he let me know the amount of the deposit I was getting back and that was it! I’m glad that I chose this particular location and I will definitely be using them again. I say all this to say that you can’t always go by the reviews either. Sometimes you just have to get a feel of things for yourself. Everyone’s experience is going to be different and sometimes you literally just have to have a little faith.
