    I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere. State Farm scheduled this rental after my car was hit in a parking lot. I assumed having a rental would make things easier, but this process was far more stressful and frustrating than going without a car. Enterprise (on Broadway) repeatedly told me they had a vehicle for me and would pick me up, yet I sat waiting multiple times with no ride and no car available. After two days of their mistakes, I finally received a vehicle only to discover that it had bald tires. I had a flat tire within 24 hours. The woman who changed it (and put a donut on the car) told me the tires were so worn down that they were “ticking time bombs.” Enterprise then “scheduled” me a replacement car and told me to come swap it out at the Rodney Parham rental office the next day. When I arrived, I was told they had no cars available. They had vans and SUVs on the lot but refused to provide one because my reservation was for a sedan. After calling and confirming that an upgrade had been approved, I returned only to be told again that they would not give me a car and that I needed to take the original vehicle to Firestone to replace the tires myself. I have never been treated so poorly. The lack of available cars and complete unwillingness to help is unacceptable. I have wasted an enormous amount of time this week, and I will not use Enterprise again personally or professionally. They have lost my business.

    I reserved a car in advance and then that morning they didn't have any cars at all, and told me there were people ahead of me. I ended up going and sitting down there and waiting until a car was dropped off. I was on a tight schedule and needed the car that morning for a 100+ mile drive, but didn't get one until after 1:00 pm. The service was good, knowledgeable, and kind, but the business planning and booking was very poor.

    Every experience that I’ve had at this location is unpleasant. I tried speaking with Marlon about my experiences and he advised to go to another location because they are a high volume branch. This is not true because I have went for a 8 am reservation with an empty lobby and still I am in there 45 minutes to an hour. The vehicles always need maintenance and every single one is always dirty! Marlon has compensated me but, I’d rather a clean, safe vehicle! Great customer service starts with accountability, I’m the paying customer. I did nothing wrong, so the attitude shouldn’t be with someone who repeatedly patronizes your business! Have a great day!

    I gave it a 4 out of 5, because I had to wait almost 2 hrs to get my rental when I had my appointment. The gentleman who work there were very accommodating for everyone.

    Mark saved me as a customer. The new guy irritated the hell out of me and attempted to escalate a small issue. I watched as the new guy has left Mark solo on more than one occasion throughout this process. Mark stepped in and took great care of me once he say I was being mishandled. Luckily he caught me right before I ordered my Uber and discontinued doing business with your company. Mark, I can't thank you enough for your Customer Service, Resilience, Dedication, and restoring my faith in humanity. I shall return as long as you work there, Sir! Keep doing you. I see you! Gratitude Strong Black Man. (Hope I'm spelling your name correctly 😬)
