He asked questions and attempted to troubleshoot my problem. He instructed me to install the battery in the actual vehicle and come back to have it retested.

Lo and behold it was low charge . The battery was under warranty and Rachael changed it right away . She was very friendly and this store turned a stressful situation into a positive experience .
