During a heavy traffic jam, your tow truck was driving erratically speeding, swerving in and out of lanes, tailgating, cutting between vehicles, and showing no regard for the flow of traffic or basic road courtesy. This behavior was extremely unsafe and honestly could have caused another accident. In already congested conditions, aggressive driving like that puts everyone at risk including families, other drivers, and your own operator. I’m not sure if the owner and driver are the same person, but whoever was behind the wheel needs to understand that operating a large tow truck comes with greater responsibility, not less. Professional drivers should be setting the standard for safety on the road, not driving recklessly. I strongly encourage you to address this immediately and reinforce safe driving expectations. Public safety should always come first.
