    The first vehicle was out of windshield washer fluid. The inside of the windshield was very dirty and then it broke down. When I called in for assistance I was given the wrong address. I called back and was given an address to a location that couldn’t help me and was told that I needed to go another twenty miles to the nearest airport. The second vehicle was fine.

    Electronic check-in prior to showing up at the desk made things easy. My only issue was that all rental car desks were closed with the exception of two computers, so there was only one line for all of the rental car recipients to queue. Things were quick and efficient, but you may want to add a few extra minutes to your expected wait time when picking up your car. Drop off was smooth, easy, and the attendant was super nice.

    The rental started off rocky - smelled of marijuana - but ended well! DeAundre DeJean, a branch manager with Enterprise, was especially helpful at the end. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! I really appreciated his help!

    My husband and I used the Alamo in Little Rock, Arkansas, Clinton Airport. We were serviced by DeAndre D. He was polite, pleasant and professional. The other agents were nice but DeAndre stood out and was very accommodating. He was very sensitive of our time even when the cars being brought up were a little slow. We appreciate that. Thanks DeAndre!

    Called twice on layover that I was going to be late due to a delayed flight and they assured me that someone would be here to release a car. Everyone had gone home. Called and was advised to see National or Enterprise, and both had also closed shop. Told to call escalation dept tomorrow but meanwhile stranded at airport. Another Alamo renter was stranded with me. Called a Lyft and will call Alamo tomorrow. Definitely not meeting expectations and disappointed at service.
