    Big guy that sells football rings forgot his name lol helped me out even poured the antifreeze into my van for me and put new cap on radiator. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

    The key issue in most establishments is poor customer service, where staff receive no proper training. There seems to be no emphasis on treating customers with respect or maintaining a courteous attitude. In fact, local staff of all ages react with rudeness and frustration at the slightest complaint.Today, I visited a large store at the University Center. I asked for a cabin filter but was given an air filter instead. When I returned to exchange it, the saleswoman, Rumika , displayed extreme irritation, addressing me informally and impatiently asking whether I wanted a refund or an exchange. Despite my calm behavior, she refused to serve me and directed me to another counter. The next person charged me again before handing over the correct item.This experience highlights a troubling trend—customer service is deteriorating everywhere. Employees often reflect their personal issues in their professional interactions, not caring about the company's reputation. With staff like Rumika, businesses can't thrive. Poor customer service is leading to the closure of many long-standing establishments while newer businesses open up.Even after I bought many things including introduction and other later their misbehavior disappointed me a lot.
