  Frank at the Rodney Parham location in LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS is the MAN! I told him my situation with my car and he ran a test and confirmed that my vehicle is all good. The dealership was scaring me making it sound like I needed a brand new engine when I didn’t need a new one. HE EVEN PUT OIL IN MY TANK RATHER THAN SHOWING ME HOW TO DO IT

  RACHAEL IS THE TRUTH. I was in a bad way when I came by — I’m just a girl, I know nothing about cars. Francisco attended to me promptly, but Rachael went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  The store was open today but hadn’t bothered to shovel the snow/ice from the front door. My husband almost fell and the employee he informed (rude and almost nonresponsive) acted as if he couldn’t care less. Nice job, folks.

  I went to Auto Zone to get a marine battery to hook up to a space heater in case my electricity goes off during this extreme winter storm. Jason helped me get the right battery and I asked him about antifreeze for my car and he literally added the antifreeze to my car. I asked about the acid on my battery, he took something to get the acid off and then added something to keep the acid from forming. Jason is the best Auto Zone representative I have ever known. I will never go to another auto store than this one. Hope Jason never leaves Auto Zone on Rodney Paraham in Little Rock. AR. Thanks so much Jason!!!!!
