  I’m really disappointed with my experience at Tommy’s Car Wash and feel like I need to share what happened so others are aware. Back in January, I went through the wash and it completely ripped off my rear windshield wiper. They told me they would order a replacement and later sent me to a collision shop because they couldn’t fix it in-house. Then on February 28, I went through the same Tommy’s location again — and the exact same thing happened. My rear windshield wiper was ripped off in the same spot. I immediately called before even reaching the dryer, and a staff member met me at the vacuum area. He told me there was an issue with the pressure system and assured me they would order another replacement. On March 15, I stopped by to check if my part had come in and was told it hadn’t yet but would be in soon. After calling again later, I was told by someone named Payton that they would not be refunding or covering it because I supposedly “declined the bag” — which is completely untrue. I was never offered a bag, and at the time, their own employee admitted it was a pressure issue on their end. I was also told that a manager named Mackenzie would be contacting me, but I never received any follow-up. At this point, I’ve had my rear windshield wiper damaged twice by the same location, been given inconsistent explanations, and no real resolution. I was simply expecting them to follow through on replacing what their equipment damaged, as they initially promised. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both their equipment and customer service.

  Second location we've gone to and the back of my nissan rogue is NEVER clean. Pollen literally still covers the whole back. We have a free trial for the $40 a month package and I can guarantee we will not be continuing with this place.

  This is for billing, I started my subscription on the 9th of the month and the payment was taken out on the 9th until recently. I noticed it had came out on the 8th and then it shows it coming out on the 7th of March. I contacted them they said it's because of 31days in January I told them the subscription is by the month and that even if that's true their math sucks because February has 28 days and backing it up another day doesn't make sense. They told me that's the way it is and there's nothing they could do so I canceled my subscription. If you have a subscription with them watch your billing very close!
