  This car wash is a good car wash. Demond was very helpful and nice. Demond even went the extra mile to help dry my truck off and sprayed my towels.

  These people are crooks, I took my wife’s car to get it washed and the car wash was going to be $24, the lady working said that I could buy a membership for a month for the same price of $24 and I told her I did not want that because I didn’t want my credit card charged every month. She stated they would not do that that my credit card would only be charged an additional month if I requested to stay a member and I said well OK, we’ll do it. At the end of the month, my credit card was charged again. I called the car wash personally and the lady stated that must’ve been a mistake. She showed no record of it and her manager would be there in 30 minutes to call back. Every time I call back, it went straight to some kind of a voicemail and they did not answer. So I contacted the number again and it gave me a A portal to enter my number and they would get back with me. They emailed me their customer relations/membership link when I tried to log onto that it said page unavailable. I finally got a hold of somebody after about 15 or 20 minutes and they apologize and said that the charge would be taken off my card and I would be issued a refund and to Watch for the email. To this date, I have not received an email or any other communication. They have set it up to where it’s almost impossible to get with them and it’s almost impossible too get it removed from your credit card.
