  Employees were helpful. Pricing was upfront and no surprises. New spark plugs, oil change, air filter in well under an hour. Excellent.

  I had a very disappointing experience here and definitely won’t be back. I came in thinking I had a simple nail in my tire, but was told both front tires needed replacing, which was fine. We agreed on 2 front tires and an alignment and they said they would get started right away and acted like I’d be in and out. I was the only car there and the only customer they had at the time. They lift my car up, take my wheels off, separate my tires from the rims and then after while I’m waiting expecting a quick job they proceed to come tell me they don’t have the tires my car needs there and they’re having to bring them from another shop across town so they’ll have to wait on that before they can start on my car. Another 10-15 mins goes by and I ask a guy what he thinks the wait time is and he informs me their alignment machine is at another shop across town and that they planned to drive my car across town to another shop to do it, then drive it back..none of which was ever mentioned upfront, and I thought was very weird. A couple of the employees were clearly baked out of their minds, and the last thing I wanted was possibly some high young kids driving my car back and forth across town. I’ve never had a tire shop or mechanic shop tell me they were going to drive my car to another shop and yet they were going to do it without even asking. Because of this, I declined the alignment and will now have to go somewhere else to get one done. They also told me they broke one of my lug nuts and blamed it on the vehicle instead of taking responsibility. Told me they’d have to order one and when it came in I’d have to come let them put it on. Now I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. What concerned me most was how my car was handled. I realized my car wasn’t going to be done anytime soon and so told them I needed to get my phone out of it, that my wife was picking me up and to call me when it was done. When they lowered it to let me get my phone, they lowered it down onto the plastic side skirt instead of proper lift points, pushing it up into the door to the point I couldn’t even open it. Pics included. When I pointed it out, I was brushed off like it was no big deal and they didn’t even adjust it. Lastly, I communicated I was going to need the car as soon as possible and they said they’d call as soon as it was done. I showed back up later and my car was done and out front and I never got a phone call. Horrible service. Overall, the lack of communication, care, and professionalism was frustrating. I won’t be returning.
