- SBScott BaxterMar 16, 20261.0Even when booked weeks ahead of time and check in on-line ahead of time, the wait is going to almost always be over an hour; up to three. Car will also almost guaranteed be dirty on the outside. Inside is usually pretty clean though.

If that happens to you, I'd suggest immediately reporting to the BBB and their Corporate. Burn this place to the ground at this point, and go find a better rental service with better customer service.
