    Just recently went by, have membership at the Southwest Dr. Jonesboro location, staff is always nice and helpful! A newer gentleman scrubbed the back window well, which typically doesn’t get touched during drive thru wash, he also helped get mud off the tires and running boards. I really appreciate the cleaning supplies stations!

    Jonesboro (southwest drive) took my credit card payment for a single car wash ($16) in October 2024 and preceded to charge my card for months. Once I recognized I was scammed into a monthly contract, I attempted to contact the company by phone, but that’s impossible. Instead I left a detailed description of the incident. AI replied that 2 months would be returned. The remaining $160 was never returned. The only available employees at the car wash offered no assistance in resolving the problem. Pay cash if forced to use “0” star car wash.

    I had a lot of bugs on the front of my car, and Tony did an amazing job making sure to get them all scrubbed off before I even went through the car wash! I couldn’t have asked for a better worker there!

    In the past I've used a lot of the car washes in Jonesboro: Tommy's (scratches paint), Rhyno (scratches paint), VP car wash; but when I found Take 5 .... this one is the best 👌 if you're looking for a car wash that's good....then I recommend Take 5
