  The staff at this location were outstanding! They performed all of the services quickly and professionally without trying to over sale services or parts. The service manager, Austin, and the service tech, Levi, were both outstanding representatives of the Jiffy Lube brand. I won't take my Jeep anywhere else.

  I had a great experience with Jiffy Lube! Pulled straight in and they went straight to work! I needed an oil change and three windshield wipers replaced they didn’t have my small back one but they went and ordered it so it can be here before they got finished with my oil change! I will definitely be coming here for now on also, I received a great coupon deal to put the icing on the cake every little bit helps! Thank you Jiffy Lube!

  Austin my service writer was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as being courteous. I will be sure to ask for him again. No pressure which is what I like. I don’t like the hard sale pushy type and if approached like that I walk away. Austin is a asset to the company!

  I went 2/20/2026 for an oil change that I feel was pretty expensive. However, I wanted the diagnostic check done so I was willing to pay the cost for the oil change. In the process there were other things that need repair on the car but with the price of the oil change I knew the price to repair the small things that needed to be done would cost more than I was willing to pay so I denied service. When they were finished they bring out this invoice stating all these services they’d completed that weren’t touched. I wish I would have read there reviews first because apparently this is not the first time they lied on the invoices about services completed. I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube at all unless you ready to get ripped off with a smile.

  On Thursday, January 29, my daughter and I brought her perfectly running 2017 Kia Sportage to Jiffy Lube in Jonesboro to have her oil changed. The employees there told us there was a radiator leak, and we gave them permission to fix it. They had to order parts, which we waited around for. While they were in the process of fixing the radiator issue, they broke a part which needed to be ordered, so we left the car overnight. They assured us that the car was running great and that no other work was needed. My daughter drove the car to her dorm, and she called to tell me that the car was running horribly. I took the car back to Jiffy Lube and they assured me that they would get her car running good again. The employees said that they needed to replace a sensor and the car would be running great again. On Sunday, I called Jiffy Lube because I hadn’t heard from anyone about her car. They said it was ready to be picked up. When I got to Jiffy Lube, the manager said that they could do nothing more for the car, that it is just coincidence that her car no longer runs well, and that they had done all the work they were paid to do. These employees know that my 18-year-old is starting clinicals soon and needs a car that can travel. How can these employees sleep at night knowing that they have sent my daughter with a car that can go no faster than 30 mph????? Today, February 4, I am sitting in Kia while mechanics here look at her car. Jiffy Lube did NOT fix the radiator leak. When the Kia mechanics opened the hood, before they even drove it back to start working on it, I saw with my own eyes that the radiator was BONE DRY. Shame on Jiffy Lube for taking advantage of my daughter and I, charging us $700 for work they did NOT do. The Kia mechanics are still looking over the work Jiffy Lube did and are documenting everything that Jiffy Lube did wrong. I will be suing Jiffy Lube for the approximate $700 worth of work they charged us for, as well as for the cost of the repairs to get her car running again. Do NOT go to Jiffy Lube for any type of service. They are liars, thieves, take advantage of people, and have no conscience. They could care less about their customers and are greedy. Everyone I know, and don’t know, will hear about the experience my daughter and I had with Jonesboro Jiffy Lube. They have definitely lost our business.
