    Went to pick up our rental & the PSI was incredibly low & significantly less than the others. I asked could they check to make sure there isn’t a leak and/or patch it up. They tried to tell me it was due to the weather & said I could take it somewhere in town to get it patched if I was worried about it. Instead of looking at the tire they gave me a new rental (ended up having a leak as well & had to get it patched while on my trip 9 hours away.) The new car also had a parking sensor error & obviously wasn’t looked over when it came in. They clearly aren’t checking their vehicles when they come in & expect the customer to handle basic maintenance for them evidently. I hope I never have to rent from here again.

    Don’t know about others But Mr. Paul is the best and god send person I met over there. Not for a single time, he helped me three times in a single rental period. The first time with swap of small car with the intermediate size considering I am a taller guy. Second time, The car tire got flat, really worried that I have to pay from my pockets as it was insurance provided rented car, called corporate, got puzzled answers, went down there and Mr, Paul handled situation perfectly, inspected and explained that it happened sometime, and immediately swapped the car with no time with even better SUV, The last one is the biggest help I got from Mr. Paul again which I won’t mention but this one is the most needy one I got. Just wanted to say “ Betrayed by insurance assurance, Helped by Mr. Paul at enterprise” especially the last one. Definitely go to place for renting car and especially deal with Mr. Paul for excellent service

    If I could rate this place a zero I would. I had a reservation at 9am I called them at 8:42am to let them know I had arrived at the location they were supposed to be picking me up from. Paul told me that there was someone already headed my way and they would be there in a few minutes. He then proceeded to call me about 2 minutes later and told me that they wasnt headed my way yet and they would be very soon and would arrive within 5-10 minutes. Well 40 minutes had gone by and no one had shown up yet so I decided to call them back. When I got someone on the phone the gentlemen had told me he didn't know anything about a pickup and I had been forgotten. So in about 5-10 he showed up to get me. When I arrived to the actual location I walked inside and found a lady at the counter she was doom scrolling on her cell phone and didn't even notice I was at the counter waiting to be waited on. That went on for about 3-4 minutes. I then get checked out and my deposit made and they pull me around a vehicle as we are walking around so I can get ready to leave the guy then tells me I can't take it as it needs an oil change. He then proceeds to point across the parking lot and asks me if I willing to take a car that someone had just showed up in and I immediately say yes as im waiting on the other people to get out of the car so we can do the paperwork to put the car in my name a man walks in and tells me that the tire is low and has a slow leak and I can just take the car with a low tire when I proceed to tell him im not taking a car with a low tire as I don't think I should have to deal with this problem and fix the tire he said well I guess it is your problem cause you will be the one waiting on the tire to be fixed... Finally a manger comes out and is like well we just another car in it does have a busted windshield but if you are wiling to take it you can use it. I just took it because at this point I have already been here for over 1.5 hours!!! Which is absolutely absurd being that I had a scheduled appointment. Im just saying that if you have a chance to use a different rental service I would highly recommend it.. This is NOT how you run a business and have good customer service!!

    Needed a car for an emergency trip to DesMoines and they were so helpful in getting us on the road quickly and safely. I was given a Mazda 3 to drive and it was an excellent choice. Though we have a GMC Terrain and are used to the room.in it, the 4 door Mazda 3 wad excellent on fuel, very responsive to Interstate driving and heavy traffic plus plenty of room for the 3 of us and our luggage. It was a safe trip and I would 100% use Enterprise again !

    If I could give zero stars or negative ones I would. Let me book a rental for something they didn’t even have and weren’t going to have and then treated me like I was a burden and it was my fault. Rude, unorganized and completely a joke.
