    Can’t say enough positive things about our buying experience at Central Chevrolet! Alex Sparr was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything throughout the entire process of purchasing my 2024 Expedition!     Had an appointment for a service. I arrived before time and got me in the shop on time. Also, they noticed a recall on my truck and was very friendly (not pushy) and asked to get it taken care of while it was there. Yes. Let's do that while its here! Staff was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Would go there again and recommend them.

    It was a different experience as l am from Ohio. As a Cadillac owner, I’m use to top tier service. In Ohio they picked up my car at my home and bring it back. Here, I was not as clear on direction once I pulled in. I had to go in a small room with 4 people, some talking on the phones. And others having personal conversations about hysterectomy. Once Dakota completed his call. He was very friendly and informative. I was there for service, oil change. And I received just that. They also put new batteries in my key fobs which I truly appreciated. Overall they provided the service I went in for. Thank you Dakota.

    Dropped my 2014 malibu off on the 30th of Dec.2025 to be diagnosed on Dec.31st 2025 cause the engine light was on . So they contacted my daughter and tell her that the oil valve solenoid needed to be replaced and the catalytic converter was stopped up and it was going to cost over $2300 dollars. Whoever she spoke to was told to replace the oil valve solenoid only and to leave the catalytic converter alone and she was told it was going to cost over $500 to replace the solenoid. My daughter said ok fix it. Well my daughter text me on Jan.2nd 2026 she'd missed a call from central chevrolet service department. So I called the service dept. to find out bout my car and Melanie tells me that the cost of the part was wrong and it was going to be $600 to $700 cause she'd looked at the wrong billing slip and the part hadn't been ordered and my car would be ready on Jan. 5th 2026 and it was and I pick it up but the engine light was still on. Didn't get to talk to anyone cause it was closing time. I did call the service dept. and let them know my car was still acting up and I now have a vacuum leak after they replaced the solenoid. Long story , short I contacted the service manager at Central Chevrolet service dept. I told him the issue with my car and he told me to bring it back and he'd have it looked at so I did. Well I was told that my manifold bolts were loose and just needed to be tightened and it was going to cost me $800 dollars. Granted I told him I replaced the engine 8 months ago before he came back to tell me bout the bolts being loose. He also told me to take it back to the guy that put the engine in and have him to tighten the bolts and I did and his mechanic showed me the bolts were tight and he found the vacuum leak. The mechanic at Central Chevrolet service department forgot to put the hose back on that he had taken off in order to get one of the bolt on the solenoid. So instead of correcting his mistake he blamed it on another mechanic that didn't do anything wrong but fix the vacuum leak that they caused..

    I took my equinox in on December 18th. 2025 and went and got it today, February 10th. 2026. They replaced BCM at our request. We had headlight and tail light issues made us think that it was the body control modular. Turns out it was not but we bought the BCM and asked them to replace it and when that was replaced it reset the odometer to zero. The dealership stated they were working with GM to get the issue resolved and at first said it would take 24 to 48 hours then stated it could take any where between 2 weeks or more. I repeatedly asked for a loaner while my car was being repaired and was told that there were none available but as we went in today there was a gentleman at customer service that did in fact receive a loaner vehicle while his car was being repaired. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a female but I do not believe I was taken seriously and there was no sense of urgency to get him my car repaired. I do not believe I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
