  I took my Blazer to Central Chevrolet and they were so awesome. Todd was so professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and let me know what to expect. They repaired my blazer much faster than expected. I highly recommend Central Chevrolet.

  Car was in the service department for 3 days. Fixed one thing , never called me whenever they said they’ll call me back. I always had to call, everyday it was “were still trying to diagnose it, can’t give you a day or time we will be done” . Then me calling to check on my car , they will get rude and rush off the phone.

  My job was called off today due to the weather, so I decided to get an oil change. When I looked online, the only appointment left was for 10:00 AM, and it was already 10:17. I called to see if I could still come in, and the service manager told me, “Sure, come on in.” I was honestly impressed — they got me in right away, changed my oil, and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. Big thanks to the Central Chevrolet Service Team for going above and beyond and making my day so much easier! Highly recommend! 🚗💯

  I have bought multiple cars, I have been to multiple car lots, I have dealt with multiple finance + car salesmen’s — NO ONE has held a candle to Central Chevy. I have had nothing but negative experiences from other dealerships that were filled with dishonesty and scams which always left me with the rough end of the stick. I walked into Central at 6:00 (mind you they close at 7), wanting to test drive a car in hopes to purchase. Alec greeted me and got the ball rolling. Fast forward, I found my ultimate dream car and wanted to purchase. By this point it was roughly 7:30 pushing 8:00. Alec and Toby worked and worked with me until I was completely satisfied, and by this point it was 9:00. NINE OCLOCK! They didn’t complain or rush me, even though I knew they wanted to go home. Alec and Toby went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I was happy and made me feel like I was top priority and 100% satisfied. I’ve never had that experience anywhere else. Toby (the finance manager) is the BEST OF THE BEST. He went above and beyond to get me the best interest rate and payment option. He not only did all that but proceeded to contact me the next day and tell me he got me an even better deal with more benefits. WHAT?? What dealership do you know that puts so much effort into the customers? Toby does. Alec was the BEST salesman I’ve ever EVER dealt with. He was informative, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had everything fixed and ready for me. He made sure my gas tank was full and my car was detailed, helped me set up my app and features on the car. Alec needs a raise! lol Truthfully, I could rant and rave all day about how good Central Chevy is but I’d max out my characters. If you want to buy a car go to Central Chevy and ask for Alec you won’t be disappointed. And also, ask for Toby to do your financing;) he’s the best professional there! This is the only car dealership I will ever use again!!
