  The staff is excellent ... ( service Department ) Unfortunately I did not purchase my new vehicle at Central ... I wish i Had ... They treat everyone the same . Will highly recommend their Service Dept. to any current Chevy / Gmc owner ...

  I wasn’t even planning on trading my truck when I drove through the lot, but a new 2026 Silverado caught my eye so I stopped to check it out. Zach, the salesman, came over and I told him straight up it would take a really strong deal to make it happen. He took my info, got to work, and over the next day and a half really put in the effort. I didn’t give him much slack, but he came through and got me exactly the deal I was asking for. Zach was great to work with, super professional and easygoing the whole time. Once we agreed on everything, the financing process was quick and smooth, took maybe an hour, and landed right where I wanted payment and interest rate. Most of the deal was handled through text and phone calls, which made it really convenient. Overall, a very easy and solid experience.

  Was given a fair price for my trade in. Alex was a very helpful salesman. The dealership has been easy to work with. Price negotiations was a bit rocky but, we got there in the end. I would recommend purchasing from this dealer. It was the fastest, walk in to buy, without any pre work I have ever had.

  Sales was excellent. Finance? Not even close. I have an 820 credit score. I qualify for the best rates available—period. I was told rates between 3.99%–7% were possible, but only if I agreed to buy a $6,000 warranty. When I declined the warranty and still asked for the rate I qualify for, I was told those rates are “only for people they want to give them to.” “Rate Shaving Coupon” Let that sink in. That’s not how financing works—that’s manipulation. Tying a better interest rate to the purchase of an overpriced add-on is wrong, plain and simple. The salesperson did a great job, but finance tried to take advantage of the situation, knowing I had my family there and was ready to buy. If you’re shopping here, be careful. Do not let them pressure you into a higher interest rate or unnecessary extras. Take your time, know your credit, and be ready to walk out if needed. Barron keep be a great sales man Do better.

  It’s a man’s world at this place. You feel it when you walk in the door. Kudos to Brittney for making it easy to understand and be patient with me when I was there. Honestly I wasn’t greeted by ANYONE when I arrived, and I mean not even acknowledged. What happened to that?? I’m bringing my Cadillac to their business for service and they can’t say hello. Anyway the trust factor has to be there regardless and she helped ease me into it. Men…I’m sorry but you could just smile or say hello to a customer.
