Called, got a quick diagnostic estimate, and had my car towed there about 12:30 pm and car was ready before 4pm same day. I recieved everything via txt msg to view invoices and to pay. They had payment plan options and staff was friendly when I entered the office for pickup. Office was nice and clean and had plenty of snacks present.

After having an earlier experience with Titan I went in with an idea of what could be wrong. I was expecting $$ to fly. BUT my previous experience told me this was the ONLY place to go. They carefully inspected the car, gave me a detailed quote and they eagerly answered my questions. It turned out to be a lot less expensive than I anticipated. After I took it back to my daughter and she had time to drive it she was so much more comfortable with the car and felt safe. It is one thing to get your own car repaired, it’s another thing when your child’s car needs fixing. That is a whole new level of trust. Titan earned that trust with me.
