After 1 1/2 hr waiting they produced a small SUV saying they did not have the vehicle we had reserved or the larger size. Miserable condition, Had to change complete packing leaving some items at home in order to fit 2 adults and 1 child. Visibility bad. Cheapest small SUV on the market. Upon return had to discuss with manager who had plenty of excuses for situation i.e. the usual, it was the fault of somebody else, i.e. not enough cars in the summer, people don't return on time etc. Did finally get him to lower week and 2 day cost by $110. Not worth it!
