I missed the pick-up from the body shop, but when I called and explained, they were very caring and still willing to pick us up when available. After waiting 1 hr, they had someone else pick us up, and upon arrival, they asked how my husband was doing. They went above and beyond in customer care and made this whole process easy and stress-free. If I could rate the customer service, that would definitely be a five-star. I was given a 2026 Chrysler van, so beautiful and clean, my kids and husband loved it. Once my car was done, it was so easy to just leave the vehicle with Carstar Patriot Auto Body and just pick up mine. Completely stress-free and so easy. Overall, my experience with Enterprise was a 5-star and would completely recommend and use again. My family thanks you.

Instead Enterprise chose to charge me $ hundreds $ extra TWICE and then made me play go-between telephone game them and State Farm to get the correct amount charged when they should be communicating directly with each other. Very disappointed in the ineptitude of their process. And no, I don't need a follow up from an Enterprise rep for my review. I need y'all to do a decent job in the moment so I can get on with the rest of my life instead of having to deal with extra unnecessary stuff.
