From the very start of the process to the end everyone that worked in there was extremely helpful and so nice and it was just a wonderful experience. We love you in Hot Springs ❤️

- ACA CaFeb 21, 20261.0Our rate got changed with out our permission! We was Lied to about everything! And our $50.00 was kept and for 2 days they have tried changing our cards on file $196. And on the othe $124.00 we our rate was 32.00 a day plus fees we didn't get our $50. Deposit back so 32. A day plus fees should be around $40 .00 for 2 DAYS should have been $80 - our Deposit of $50 0e should have only owed $30.00 plus tax ! We was under Contract so how can the Rate be changed without us evening knowing??? Our insurance company paid 32. A day plus fees for a total of $40 a day we paid from the 21st of January 2026 until February 14 2026 $960.00 give the car back on February 16, 2026 and they kept our $50 deposit so we should only owe $30 .00 i wish there was another rental ar company and we didn't have to ever use Enterprise Again 0!!

Had this trip planned a week in advance and have email correspondence of everything being confirmed for pick up. Will never use enterprise again. This was our first time trying to use Enterprise and it was awful at ALL locations. Now we don’t have a vehicle to fit everyone despite enterprise falsely leading us into thinking we did. UNTIL THE LAST SECOND.
