    Josh was very kind and thorough when we had questions about our charges. He found that we had 2 open accounts that were self-renewing that we didn’t even know about. He cancelled those for us and ensured we have the correct account open for our vehicle.

    *Update* Have called the number provided with the owner's response twice with no resolution other than "we have escalated for a refund and to wait for an email verification" that has yet to be delivered. At this point, I will be lodging a formal complaint with the BBB as well. Signed up for the monthly service. Was charged for the second month and their system required me to update payment. While on site, scanned my card and it attempted to charge my card a second time for the monthly fee. "manager" on duty refused to acknowledge my proof of payment or make any attempt at customer service. Instead, he insisted on arguing with me that he could do nothing because the system insisted I update my card. This is the same card that the system attempted to charge me again on. Attempted to contact their customer service line and was told to update my card on site with no further response. Will never use this car wash chain again and have no option but to dispute with my bank on the charges as their customer service is non-existent.
