Only reason its 4 instead of 5 stars is because the running boards never get fully clean, sometimes it doesnt look like they are any different than before driving though. Also the is the premium highest level option.

All I needed was my membership transferred from one vehicle to another and they were acting like it was so hard to do.. went to the one on central and they helped me it took all of 2 minutes to look up my account and change my vehicle.. if your wanting good customer service go to take 5 on central they maybe a little busier but way nicer!!
