I asked if they are local here in Hot Springs, AR and he stated that they handle business through a lot of locations. I asked if he was located in the United States and he stated he wasn't allowed to discuss that. Wonder why? My wife got me to get a membership because she liked it at first (first two times) till the machine they use scratched her rims. She changed bank cards so they couldn't charge her again. When trying to cancel they as for an account number that of course is not something I have at the ready. I mean who keeps track of a Car Wash account number. I am not on Team Take 5 that much that I would do that. Just stay away. Plenty of other options in the area.
