  I always have the best experience at Take 5 Car Wash! The entire team is friendly, professional, and quick, but Hunter truly stands out. He’s always so helpful, polite, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. You can tell he really cares about customers and takes pride in his work. The rest of the staff is just as great — welcoming, efficient, and always working hard with a positive attitude. My car looks amazing every time I leave. Highly recommend this location if you want great service and a team that genuinely treats you well! 🚗✨

  I've been a member for over a year. The vacuums routinely don't work. Half the time, half of them work and the other half, like today, none of them do. This has been going on for many months. Edit - I received the response below which asks me to call a number so they can work with me to resolve the problem. How is me calling you going to fix the vacuums? Just fix them.

  Paid $18 for moderate car wash. For some reason tire shine only worked on driver's side and not passenger. Tailgate and bumper wash was patchy. The rest of it looked good. Seems overpriced for a one time patchy wash.

  I like that there's a subscription and you can get as many washes as you want! I'll go through twice in one visit because my car gets rather dusty. Three convient locations in Hot Springs and one in Benton just off the interstate. You get a different quality wash at each one that's why I only gave it 4 stars. The one on Albert Pike sounds like your car is in a boxing ring. Airport road location doesn't get all the suds off but they say it's in process of repairing that. Central ave location is the best but always a wait to get in. I really really wish they'd put one near Hot Springs Village. It would do very well.

  1/30/26 they are the only car wash that I have ever used. Been there for years. And on this day, I went through the car wash and I always dry my truck off every time I go through. And I noticed these scratches/ scruffs. I asked one of the employees to come over to take a look so he made a damage claim through them for me and then I got an email on 3 February saying they deny that they did it. It didn’t match with their equipment… then where else did I get the scratches? Nothing ever touches my truck besides the car wash specially the hood of my truck. The roof of my truck there are four 1/2 inch scratches. Those aren’t as bad but the hood of my truck are worse. It’s a white truck… they wasn’t there before I went in! I always take my antenna off just in case so I made sure to look at that side of the truck when I was undoing the antenna . And yet they said it wasn’t from their equipment or their employees. Needless to say, I canceled my plan so that money they were getting from me for all these years. They’ve lost my business and my family’s. All over some scratches they could’ve easily fixed for me. The employees are super nice at this location, the guy was trying to be very helpful. It’s just a company. I guess you could say the company sucks!
