- EEEdna EstellJan 15, 20251.0If it's referring to Burks & Mahoney as far as maintenance & calibration, they've been absolutely GREAT so far.But as far as the company Intoxalock itself, it's definitely been the most unprofessional, unorganized & just down right insult your intelligence business I've ever had to deal with in my life...At this point, with all the countless hours I've spent on the phone speaking with their associate's, clearing up mistakes made to my account numerous times... I truly feel that I should be getting paid by them. And yes, I'm sure you've guessed it already it has to do with ( MONEY ) everything from being overcharged to double charged to the list GOES ON!!! I myself will not be renewing any lease with INTOXALOCK,but if your already stuck in a lease w/them check out BURKS & MAHONEY for your maintenance they're AWESOME!!!
