  The service department in Hope, Arkansas is awesome to work with!!! They take time to help you with your needs!!! They make you feel like family which is very important to me!!! You are never felt rushed or unimportant to them!!! They go the extra mile or two miles to help you!! They always welcome you and have the best attitude that I have ever dealt with!! They are top notch and above that!!! United Ag should be very honored to have them!!! They are professional!!!

  Had stalled tractor. The Parts Department listened carefully to what had happened and, based on their experience, quickly suggested tpotential problem. They printed out parts list related to potential problem without our asking. The Service Manager suggested taking pictures. The parts list plus the pictures resulted in a quick repair. All of the personnel were very courteous and helpful. We greatly appreciate that kind of customer service and highly recommend this dealership.
