  Excellent service. Three words: Fast. Honest. Trustworthy. I had a slow leak in a tire, and they were able to get me in and out very quickly - at a very reasonable cost.

  Really impressed with there work, had an alignment done and they didnt try to sell me parts I didnt need. We'll done Bartlett tire crew.

  Poor customer service. Took my flat in on a Friday morning and was told they didn’t have my size after telling me the wrong size. They had to order on and would be in Monday. Monday came, no call no call back after I left message. Went in Tuesday and took it somewhere else and it was ready an hour later. I’ll never go back there and won’t ever recommend them. Oh yeah where I ended up getting my tire was cheaper!
