The company, INTOXALOCK said the problem was my BRAND NEW TRUCK and I dealt with this issue for almost 2 years with lockout fees, hours of phone calls to their customer service in INDIA (that you cant understand) , hours on the side of the road with a malfunctioning machine and my BRAND NEW truck not working. Mr Hoggard is AWESOME. Intoxalock is a scam and should be shut down by EVERY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL for fraud. WORST company I've EVER dealt with. Use ANYONE but Intoxalock!!
